BNZ will provide an update on a raft of topics. In particular, you’ll be presented with BNZ’s recent updates in conjunction with their adaptation and application of the CCCFA changes. BNZ will discuss their >80% LVR appetite, and will also touch on their Green Home Loan product. You can also expect to hear about BNZ’s assessment of self employed applications, as well as a snapshot of the rise of multi-party applications. And in closing, BNZ will address the art of ‘pre-boarding’ customers.

We'll conclude the BNZ segment of the Accelerator session with a Q&A forum.

Join CoreLogic’s energetic Head of Research; Nick Goodall, where he’ll share the latest marco-economic data, and what this couple mean for interest rate cuts. Nick will also do his best to address something dear to all our hearts, the property market recovery.

We'll round out CoreLogic’s session by answering any questions that you may have. Whilst we've allocated 60 minutes for Nick’s presentation, we may well conclude proceedings earlier than what we've advertised.
